Hello all.The name's O_M and I'm here because a friend of mine directed me to the UF series(the bastard. He knew how easilly I get hooked on superior fiction. *chuckles*) and then kicked me while I was down by showing me a couple threads from hereabouts. Thus my resistance to joining this merry group was negligible in the end.
Anyway, I look forward to discussing these works with you all, if ya can deal with my being an irreconcilable geek of many things, as well as an anime illiterate, for the most part. I'm sure we'll get along fine, though, as at least half of you should fall into the first category.
Anyway, in closing I feel compelled to salute Gryph personally for managing to nearly kill me via asphixyation at one point. It seems in my fit of laughter over Miki retrieving his stopwatch from his sister waaaaaay back in SOS2:M7, I forgot to breath for a good 15-20 seconds. Kudos on that.
Anyway, that's about it from me....for now. *dramatic music sting*

I started with Blades to get his attention last week... got his guard down by tricking him into reading Core, then introduced him to Symphony of the Sword. After he read nearly all of the first three Symphonies in a week, I'd say I had him hooked.
